Pascal Levy
Pascal Levy brings over twenty years of experience in residential development and construction. His experience includes commercial property acquisition and development for mixed use real estate, multi-family developments and work force housing among other commercial property opportunities.
From 2002 to 2008, Mr. Levy developed mid-rise condominiums and luxury single-family homes in Florida. During that time he created a development-construction company for small and mid-size projects, such as luxurious spas, a Morgan Cars Showroom and waterfront homes. He later developed multiple projects of high-end town homes. In 2007, he won an RFP to develop a 152-unit affordable housing project which was a mix of Tax Credit Rentals and Government subsidized 2-story townhomes. From 2009 to 2010 Mr. Levy worked as a Vice President in a large development company in New York that did projects in multiple sectors including Hotel, Office, and Condominiums.
Mr. Levy specializes in investment sales throughout the greater New York, as well as the South Florida area. Although he has closed transactions spanning all product types, his specialty remains commercial real estate development sites for residential or hospitality, condo or rentals, private or public and affordable or not. He has also been involved in commercial/office/retail deals in NY and Miami Beach. He is very active in both locations thanks to his large database. Mr. Levy worked successfully in large and complex transaction (over 1mm bsf) as well as on smaller transactions.
Mr. Levy has a background in Finance. He holds a Business Degree from Paris University 10 (Economics and Finance) and a DECS from ICS Beguet (CPA equivalent).
